This privacy policy applies to the 羽球公道伯 / BadmintonReview application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Still Patrick Star (Cheng Sheng Kai) (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This service is intended for use "AS IS".

To provide core matching, ranking, and community features, the Application collects the following information:

• Personal Information: Email address (for account registration/authentication), Name/Nickname (for user profile, optional), and Phone Number or Third-party Contact IDs (for player communication, optional).
• User Generated Content (UGC): Player ratings, match records, comments, and profile media uploaded by the user.
• Identifiers: Unique User ID (linked to your account data) and Device ID (collected via third-party SDKs for analytics and crash reporting).
• Diagnostics: Crash logs and app performance metrics.

Location Data

The Application does not gather precise real-time GPS location automatically. Any regional settings (e.g., selecting a city or court) are manually entered by the user and treated as standard profile data.

The Application utilizes trusted third-party services to ensure stability and analyze usage. Below are their Privacy Policies:

By downloading or using the 羽球公道伯 / BadmintonReview application, these terms automatically apply to you.

User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy & Community Safety

As a community platform that allows users to post ratings and comments, we enforce a strict Zero Tolerance Policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using the Application, you agree to the following:

1. No Objectionable Content: You must not post defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, explicit, or false rating content against other players or venues.
2. Reporting Mechanism: Users can flag and report inappropriate content or abusive users directly within the Application or by emailing smallfat5566@gmail.com.
3. Blocking Feature: The Application provides a mechanism for users to block abusive players, preventing further interaction.
4. Moderation & Action: The Service Provider will review all reports and act upon objectionable content reports within 24 hours. Violators will face immediate content removal and permanent account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS". The match-making, player ratings, and indicators are strictly for recreational reference. The Service Provider is not responsible for any physical injuries or disputes occurring during physical badminton matches organized through the platform.

• You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes related to organizing badminton games.
• You must not attempt to extract the source code, disrupt the infrastructure, or translate the app without permission.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time with appropriate notification.
